The last 8-k was not due to the settlement. It was due to the shareholder meeting, if I remember correctly. And the "No payment Entrust" was the only thing about that settlement.

This 8-k is being released today,IMO, is just to announce the Trustwave settlement.

I'm not going to say it's huge. But the settlement must have some substance to it.

In other words if it were a wash, there woud be no 8-k.

Any thoughts?
