Nasdaq Commodities wants to inform our members that the Norwegian FSA has on December 4, 2017, issued two new regulations covering all of MiFID II and MiFIR which will enter into force on January 1, 2018.
The regulation issued by the Norwegian FSA on November 9, 2017 has been terminated. This is done in order to secure a well-functioning market where the Norwegian regulations fully comply with the regulations in the EU.
