I love all the arm chair lawyers here!
Ropes and Gray firm has been around for what 100+ ? Years, yet everyone seems to think all of the pacer activity in the last 2 days and prior is a surprise, unprecedented in some way and a possible derailment to stf's claims.
I say chill out folks and let the lawyers do their jobs. I'm sure they ran every scenario possible before even going into these suits. (Again an old established successful law firm.). Were they surprised by any of this? I highly doubt it. Concerned? Maybe a little, but it goes with the territory and expected. Oh, and good for the defendants attorneys for doing their job. Duh
The big news is what ZP posted in my humble opinion. ACS - solution provider!!! They have arrived finally. This is huge!! Bigger than the suits for now.
(Oh and to those nay Sayers regarding, do you really think McAfee and INTEL would really let them put their names down in print?). Time to watch how that unfolds. It's all part of the bigger picture. Cough BlackRock cough cough.
This is all coming together as planned, posted, PR'd and spoken about. Longs, stay long, sit back and enjoy. Traders and flippers will do what they do, the endpoint game will however prevail.
