("PetroShale" or the "Company") (TSXV:PSH) (OTCQX:PSHIF) announces that pursuant to its Restricted Bonus Award Incentive Plan ("Plan"), an aggregate of 2,625,000 restricted awards ("Awards") were granted to certain directors, officers and employees of PetroShale. The Awards vest in equal instalments on each of the three years from the date of grant, and expire on December 15, 2020. The Awards may be settled by PetroShale, in its sole discretion, in cash and/or voting common shares of PetroShale, in accordance with the terms of the Plan.
