No, that would not be Rice Bran Technologies. They are just NOW getting into small pet feed. They have had horse feed for maybe 15-20 years.
The company has all new management since the name change, I wonder if they messed up a name brand not licensed anymore or such, or just the web page. I am not even sure if it is available yet.
