Not sure where they are getting that info. Regardless, the intent of having the 10,000 bbl unit was to ensure cash flow for the larger facility credit. I'm quite sure they will establish another llc for the build of the larger unit. That 15% , if required (IF) would likely come from shares, however at a much much larger pps than the current pps.

We're here imo because people don't believe it's getting done or have decided to be on the short side. Once financing is released, I do not think we will be trading at .01. I think it will be much much higher.

Then we have several milestones for the larger facility. Land purchase and finalization, 100,000 bbl permit application, work on the 10,000 bbl unit facility, approvals of the 100,000 bbl facility etc.

So say $67 million for argument sake at a .2-.3 pps? It is 200-300 million shares. Not much considering the benefit. A higher pps would mean lower amount of shares.

So we will see.
