December should be a very active month for SFOR.
DCT are the three that challenged SFOR's patents through the PTAB and lost on every claim. The tide has changed, IMO, since the IPR denial by the PTAB. The three amigos have each found their own direction and that is a great sign.
T has settled
C is looking to settle
D may still be dazed and confused by the blow it took by the DENIAL of an IPR by the PTAB, but should come around.
Very important... these three settle in December, We will hopefully see new lawsuits filed by BR to follow for 2018.
