It means ACS is already providing solutions to several clients ( Already deployed and in production ), with large deals. And I am pretty sure now that ACS is paying SFOR 15%-25% of various deals NOW and will also pay $9m . ( ACS must be getting revenue now from various clients )
Large recurring revenue is flowing and I guess, PR kay is talking about in Dec will most likely tell us about these large revenues and new mobile PUSH product.
This does not include licencing / Royalty deals from infringers and any cash settlement dollars.
