IHSI lets take a look at some thing here it is about fazync . I am just putting the pieces together here. so this is my opinion until it is confirmed by the company.
1) the deal to Acquire 100% of Fazync Corporation has been completed reason for this opinion is the company said (The acquisition allows Fazync Corporation the rights to manufacture market and sell the Fazync Phase Angle Synchronization technology. Fazync Corporation will install the Fazync technology system in its new facility in Sacramento, California
( We anticipate having the new facility and the demonstrations ready to go within the next 60 days .)
2) now ihsi has build a new facility in Sacramento , California and installed the fazync unit in it. now the company has said(• Fazync update; the demonstration unit has been relocated to the new IHSI facility in California )
3) ihsi said they would provide funding. (Intelligent Highway Solutions, Inc. (OTC: BB IHSI) is pleased to announce it has signed a letter of intent with Fazync, LLC. IHSI will provide the resources to manufacture and install Fazync’s new state of the art Phase Angle Synchronization )
now they have done this and set up a time line ( The Company has set up a timeline and budget to update the demonstration unit; in addition we will be developing new market material, updated PowerPoint and new video demonstration .)
4) the company said (Mr. Jones continued, We anticipate having the new facility and the demonstrations ready to go within the next 60 days. Check our Twitter and Facebook pages for updates .)
