its like you said before, they dont want to see huge drops. they do want to see increases in price. i think they are going about this the right way. grow the exchanges and let the price appreciate, have some small "go lives," price appreciates even more, sentiment and FOMO makes it appreciate even more, larger "go lives" (actual remittances between banks/countries), introduce new use cases like retail payments and purchasing powered by xrp, companies like uber begin to pay its employees via instant xrp settlement as opposed to slow and expensive ACH.
The price at this point is so high, i dont care cause ill have cashed out, and joey will have sent me a pair of 24 pound gold sneakers.
Is this speculation? yes, but is is confirmed by what the employees and officers of ripple and sbi ripple have said were their longterm goals. its speculatuion but based on all of their small mile stones being passed.
ripple's ultimate goal is to power the internet of value with XRP. If that happens, i get those gold sneekers. If they get half way there and most of the catalysts hit, i will still be stupid rich.
Is this years out? i dont think so. i think we are on the verge of life changing events.
