Howard:
Early in Q1 we will be repositioning the company. We will be launching our first wave of healthy hemp based products focused on CBD’s, which provide the full spectrum of the benefits of hemp
• Beverages
• Topicals
• Nutraceuticals
…..all under a new brand name that better connects with consumers.
Equally as important, we will focus direct to consumers through a new web site. We’ll also use other direct sites like Amazon to build our business.
We’ll also introduce our beverages at retail and are developing our target markets now…..but, we are definitely going to start in SoCal initially. SoCal has the highest index and awareness of hemp and is a great market for launching new beverage brands.
Our strategy is to build consumer awareness and trial through our direct system and to build frequency of use through our retail sales.
Our existing product line was not selling very well so it was time to take some drastic steps so the Company could generate revenue faster. We plan to reintroduce functional beverages in the future under the Rocky Mountain High name.
Three other things I will mention to you:
1. We have posted our Code of Conduct, our Insider Trading Policy and our Director’s and Officer’s Stock Activity Calendar which defines our internal policies on codes of conduct and stock trading. As Officers and Directors of the Company, we are not allowed to sell stock in the Company without reporting it to the SEC. Because we have access to insider information before the general public, we have established internal policies to protect the Company, its Shareholders and our Officers and Directors from any stock activity that even appears inappropriate. We have been subjected to bashers falsely accusing our Officers and Directors, in particularly me, in dumping stock, which is totally false information. I have not sold one share of RMHB stock since I have been employed by the Company. When I decide to sell RMHB stock, the transaction will be properly reported to the SEC and it will be in compliance with SEC guidelines and our internal policies and procedures.
2. We have not abandoned the Rocky Mountain High trademark as has been reported. That is simply not true. We have been challenged by another company and are vigorously defending our trademark and plan to prevail.
3. We engaged a firm today to help us better position our Company in the investment community and to increase its exposure. Their objective would be to create investor awareness and help increase our shareholder base as we rebuild the Company. Our shared goal working with them is to increase the value of our stock.
Thank you,
Michael R. Welch
