As a follow up to its announcement on November 22, 2017, Hammond Manufacturing (TSX:HMM.A) announced they have terminated all discussions without reaching an agreement to purchase certain assets related to the electrical power cord part of Arrow Radio (1983) Inc.

This will not have a material impact on the business.
