STIPULATION/MOTION FOR ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Plaintiff StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. and Defendant Trustwave Holdings, Inc. move
this Court pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2), and subject to the terms of the
confidential agreement between the parties dated December 4, 2017, to dismiss Plaintiff’s claims
of infringement against Defendant with prejudice and Defendant’s counterclaims for relief
against Plaintiff are dismissed without prejudice.
