None of which likely were any further along at the time of the Q3 report, so no more commentary. Now you have to make peace with your decision to stay in until the following:
1) the company decides to PR anything on the items you listed based on some positive conclusion
2) the company releases their annual report by March 30th - the next obligation for filing.
That is what they are obligated to do as a public company. Would shareholders like more info - probably. But it ain't gonna happen though, so why should there be expectation of anything more? There certainly have been things alluded to in the quarterly that you may want to keep an eye out for as proof of completion, but that's the only certainty there is at this point short of the court date tomorrow.
