Pussim. We can apparently qualify for listing on the TSX as a R&D company. Here are the basic requirements.
We have:
-Funds to cover planned R&D expenditures
-We'll need to issue securities to reach 12MM in the treasury (small number in the big picture)
-2 years operating history
-Adequate, experienced management
-Minimum 1MM free trading pulic shares
-Minimum 4MM shares held by public shareholders
-300 public shareholders with a board lot or more
-And a sponsor is generally required. Not sure about the sponsor.
