Evli Bank Plc: Conversion of 14,667 Evli's Series

EVLI BANK PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE DECEMBER 5, 2017 AT 10:30 AM

The Board of Directors of Evli Bank Plc have in their meeting on November 24, 2017 approved the request of a shareholder to convert 14,667 Series A shares of Evli Bank Plc to Series B shares in accordance with Article 4 in the Articles of Association.

After the conversion of shares, the company's amount of Series A shares totals 15,825,106 and the amount of B shares totals 7,605,314.  The conversion does not affect the total amount of shares of Evli Bank Plc which is 23,430,420. The number of votes of the company's shares is after the conversion 324,107,434.

The conversion of shares was registered in the Trade Register on December 5, 2017. The converted shares will be listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki together with the old shares on December 7, 2017.
