1. SecureAuth 101 decision will be appealed by Ropes and Gray according to Mr. Kay.
2. Fox Business News will be airing a Strikeforce segment for 'awareness' at the end of December...hmmm. What does this mean? Now it is making more sense as to why Mr. Kay talked about uplisting to the QB because now folks can invest and now he has said that there will be a PR this month. He stated publicly that 2017 will be SFOR's best year for revenues of definitely very close. With deals getting done, a PR and Fox Business news segment coming this is definitely exciting times!
3. Markman hearing a week from today for DUO. I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE 6 OTHERS PERSONALLY!!! Mr. Kay stated in his Hangout Q&A that they would a PR several lawsuits at one time or 1 or 2 that are large. That is Duo. Duo is the only one I can see that is really large and care about because it will be life-changing for those of us who have been patient and accumulated many shares.
4. If ACS sells for $100's of millions of dollars can you imagine what that will mean for us who hold the technology that they are growing on!!
Bottom line... Be grateful for the remaining time to accumulate. The door is closing whether we like it or not.
