"Lifestyle Delivery Systems Inc. (CSE: LDS) (OTCQB: LDSYF) (FSE: LD6) (WKN: A14XHT) ("LDS" or the "Company" announces that the City of Adelanto confirmed the issuance to CSPA Group, Inc. of a Volatile Extraction Permit and Business License along with a Certificate of Occupancy signed by the San Bernardino County Fire Department, and that all are in good standing for the manufacturing facility.
The Mayor of Adelanto Richard Kerr said, "The CSPA Group's Volatile Extraction Permit, Conditional Use Permit (CUP), Business License, and Certificate of Occupancy (COO) are all in good standing." The Mayor continued stating, "CSPA Group, Inc. was operating within the approved parameters of the City's Volatile Extraction Ordinance." The State of California began accepting applications for State Manufacturing Licenses on December 1, 2017, and the attorneys for the CSPA Group, Inc. submitted the California State application for a state manufacturing license on December 1, 2017.
Brad Eckenweiler, CEO of LDS, stated, "There is a significant amount of misinformation being disseminated on the internet and even with some news agencies. It would be impossible to address all of the negative hypothetical speculation. I would like to thank the overwhelming support from the Cannabis Industry, the City of Adelanto and Mayor Kerr. Simply put, we believe that CSPA Group, Inc. acted within the parameters of its permits and licenses. It's our hope that all parties concerned will continue to work together to a mutually satisfactory conclusion." Until further regulatory clarity can be determined regarding manufacturing, CSPA Group, Inc. will continue its operations with CO2 extracted material.
