If ACS sold for “hundreds of millions of dollars

If ACS sold for “hundreds of millions of dollars” then that would likely mean it would have to wait until it had the revenue to support that valuation. Any and all ACS revenue is shared with SFOR for quite awhile - at least until the $9 million is paid and also until at least 2020 I believe. On top of that, Cygate will perpetually be shared because it deals with ‘698 patent which is not being sold to ACS. At 20% SFOR revenue share, peeps must understand that $100 million of annual ACS revenue means about $20 million (annually!) for SFOR. I believe Mark also (through message board hearsay) said ACS is selling the GUD and MT patents and that SFOR will get an even higher revenue share than currently in tact. Folks need to also remember Mcafee deal is with Cygate. It’s your money guys and gals!
