1) This guy leaves Atotech to become Lightwaves senior device engineer.

2) Lightwave announces the packaging of the first prototype via a third party packaging partner.
3) Lightwave announces they are taking over Atotech’s Denver branch labs and offices.
Seems like Atotech could be LWLG’s packaging partner and/or first product development partner.

Atotech was sold last year to the $174 billion asset manager Carlyle Group. Those are some deep pockets! Could the Carlyle Group lead our next round of funding to get rid of LPC? There are so many synergies with this Atotech/Carlyle Group scenario.
Atotech was sold for $3.2 billion, an 11.9x multiple of its $250 annual earnings. It had $1 billion in total annual revenue.

That’s what LWLG would be worth if they can capture just 5% of the 20 billion dollar market.
