Great info ZPaul! As always your message brings us back to the reality of having Blank Rome and Ropes & Gray representing us, and that should give us greater peace of mind than what we sometimes display here! Our anxieties & emotions definitely override our knowledge on occasion! 
With each new post of yours though I am left with the question; Why isn't your profile to be found on the Ropes & Gray website! LOL! Your knowledge & grasp of the technology, the events, and the legal ramifications far exceed most of us, and has been the x-factor in leading so many of us to SFOR, to stay with SFOR, and to calm down in the face of adversity during the process! I again want to personally thank you, as you were one of the main reasons I got involved with SFOR, as well as why I remain!
Thx again for resetting our emotions, and getting us back in to focus of the importance of certain events and information, which favor a WIN-WIN end scenario for SFOR, and all of its shareholders!
