We were discussing the lawsuits in general and some of the problems that arise once they are filed. George recounted the Phonefactor suit and that two customers of Phonefactor were also sued to put pressure on Phonefactor, one was a distributor to banks and the second was First Midwest Bank. It turned out the the distributor never sold anything while First Midwest Bank paid $150,000 to use the software from Phonefactor. Neither were worth going after once they did the cursory work. The point George made was what looked to be a good idea turned up nothing. So, you never know what will happen when you file a lawsuit. He discussed how pleased they were on the IPR win and after that mentioned the 101 in California as being something they still have to also get through. He briefly went through what the 101 was and felt that it would be a win, but did say that they are never 100% sure on what would happen. That was pretty much it on the lawsuits...
