On 12 April it came to the attention of NanoLogix management that there has been a statement released by an organization called The Street Alert (TSA), purportedly paid for by an organization named D3 Communications LLC, advising readers to take notice of our stock. Neither management, known affiliates, nor employees of NanoLogix have had any dealings whatsoever with either of these two entities. Prior to the information being posted, and then discovered and sent to NanoLogix by a concerned investor on 12th April 2010, we were unaware of the existence of either group. In visiting the website of TSA, it was noticed that TSA has made unauthorized use of the NanoLogix logo and copied and posted NanoLogix information in a manner that potentially presents itself as though they were acting on behalf of the Company. This is absolutely not the case and we strongly urge the removal of said information from the TSA website. To date, for more than three years, the company has handled its own press, and other than the use of recognized News Services such as PR Newswire and MarketWire has not contracted with third parties for information release."
