There are a coupla other things I left out of my mini-manifesto post. I wonder how many readers on this message board know that shareholders and people claiming to be shareholders have terribly damaged the company, and perhaps your investment. Shareholders called the company's former representative, Retail Monster, and begged the President of Retail Monster to take over DECN, even offering assistance, throw out Mr. Berman, sue him and report him to the authorities. The "or else" was that these "shareholders" threatened Retail Monster with the same type of treatment, naming them in the upcoming DECN lawsuit. This went on for three months and effectively ended that relationship. Retail Monster hung on until DECN allowed them to quietly retire. But DECN had to make Retail Monster an additional insured on its liability insurance policies. This behavior was reprehensible.
Another shareholder contacted Shasta Technologies, got a hold of a court sealed document and posted in on iHub .... four times. This was a confidential contract that Shasta was in breach of and the basis for a $3 million lawsuit. So Shasta gave the contract to the "shareholder" who posted it, and since it was posted on the DECN iHub message board, and afterall it was a DECN shareholder, Shasta filed a contempt motion against DECN. This "shareholder" still posts trash about Mr. Berman and the Directors. Reprehensible doesn't begin to explain the behavior of this guy.
Why do these people do these things. Why, because they flip stocks for their main source of income. These people lost money on DECN stock and being the self-entitled people they are, and there are many, they look to pass blame.
So, if a basher asks you to agree with him, and you do, on such things as audits or ending development of new products, or on my favorite ... "transparency," just remember you are doing the bashers' bidding, damaging the corporation, and making managements' job nearly impossible. And then ... you "helpers" post about it.
