Its-all good re-101 Ropes&Gray is-on-it.
All the other 5 cases are still in the oven cooking the heat is on , the timer is almost ready to ring and come out for tasty profitable desert!
Each case is different. The other 5 law suits are untouched by this.
Ropes and gray already did their due diligence. They know how strong SFORs patents are and how it will play out in supreme courts. They already know. SFORS patent is rock solid otherwise they would take it on contingency. The legal wrangling is nothing to them. Its the infringers lawyer playing games. Hoping they can seak one by the court. It aint happening.
R&G stand to get 100s of millions from these cases , they are uniquely qualified to take on these judge and educate them to make the correct decision. Or force it in supreme court.
They have all the resources and legal ammo to take this flawed decision and get it over turned in higher courts, up to the supreme court if necessary. The road to the Supreme court in not unfamiliar to the, they have traveled it with 4-0 success.
SFOR has a valid legal patented process, it's validity was challenged, its validity was upheld in the IPR and who better than R&G to clarify the issue in supreme court and bring infringers to Justice? Its what they do.
So don't lose heart! it was inevitable, there are a lot of infringers in central California. They will soon learn that their is a new sheriff in town. Ropes and Gray!
