To bad that jmjjw has to resort to lies to try and make a point. He has some very logical and valid concerns. To bad there mixed in with lies to achieve his agenda! Why would one want to short this from $.018 or even $.05 is beyond me.
There is one very valid concern and please pay attention to this. I will always be honest without an agenda. So here is something that could occur.
Jack dilutes shares through varies loans and sales through toxic lenders, they convert those shares and flood the market.
Jack then does a reverse split. They then rinse and repeat several times. This will raise cash for the refinery, the refinery gets built. BUT the initial shareholders get screwed.
Take a look at DRYS and what they did. It is exactly how I just described it but they purchased VLC ships. It is very risky for someone to do this and could be sent to prison if found guilty of the scam.
George Economou is being investigated for this same tactic. But he is in Greece so it may not go anywhere with him. The fact that Jack Hanks/MMEX is an American company here on American soil may deter that scenario.
I will also say that the time frame when I thought something should have been accomplished by was always about two weeks earlier than actually performed.
I'm impatient as well as the market is very impatient. I should have flipped this last time but I didn't.
