Here is what I think of Today's multiple News Releases

The R/S:

1-not completely unexpected but I thought it was early because we have approx 7 bill authorized shares out of 12 billion. I thought GC would wait till it was maxed or close to max as a last resort. Not sure if GC did it because he had to right now(financiers) or he has some master plan.
2- Not happy about my existing shares and the traditional usual dumpage pre and during a r/s at least until the Ticker symbol changes back to COTE from COTED by end of December.
3- Still valuation is only 1 million for all of Coates. One solid deal alone will trounce that . This time it must be solid. There really isnt any more room for fluff.
4-A little surprised there is still a ton of shares on the Bid- That is a decent sign.
5- Will be somewhat glad to get the Authorized shares down to something normal where we can see growth and future uplisting. 7 or 8 billion shares puts a big ceiling in.
6- Will need a deal or financing soon to stop future dilution post r/s

The Share Holder Update:

1- The News of a potential 80000 sq ft expansion to the Wall Twp plant is somewhat new. GC has stated various options on the past for facilities on and off of the Wall TWP one. Sounds like this on site deal will be the plan. If they get financing. How much to build a 80k sq ft facility? My estimate 4-7 mill. If they actually begin to build this we are looking good.

2- Company is working with Investment Banker to get 10-50mill. GC has tried this in the past and wasnt able to procure it. maybe now he is closer to that. IMO, this will the major key if we see any chance of success. The Financing cannot be dilutive. I am pretty sure it will be a catch 22 though. Need the deposits and deals first in order to get the financing.

3-Now in position to accept firm orders on CSRV electric power generators- I dont really have an opinion on that other than they need to get the financing and/or a signed deal with deposit

4-China- It seems like this is still moving forward. GC says it has been a long, drawn out arduous process. Still think China is a major key in future success.

5-H2 tech GC is working on this and is being secretive about it due to potential patents. etc. Obviously this concerns the H2 deals. Still sounds like a work in progress, But we should have feedback shortly.

6- No mention of Army or Middle east.

These are all IMO .
Try to have a great weekend
