He wrote on 10/22: “I’ve submitted numerous Air 106..352 PBR (“Type O”) applications to TCEQ.” I asked him on behalf of which company. He replied that the company wouldn’t approve of him giving out that information.
So it appears he is working for a competitor that is trying to extend its long run without competition from new refineries.
