The guy is not what I would categorize as "lousy." This ain't his first rodeo, cowboy.
Don't get me wrong. I WISH they had a crappy legal team. But that just ain't the facts. This is routine litigation practice, and Sheppard Mullin would probably be looking at legal malpractice liability if the DID NOT ask for the Entrust settlement documents. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that's the way this cookie crumbles.
