LottoGopher Holdings (OTCQB: LTTGF) (CSE: LOTO) (FRA: 2LG) today announced its operating results for the three months ended September 30, 2017. Among other highlights, LottoGopher recently retained Melissa Riahei, a former lottery executive, to advise the company on its US expansion efforts. The company also intends to develop and launch 'Lottery Blockchain' that would potentially be implemented for LottoGopher's own service and could also be licensed to other global lottery messenger services and to online lotteries in general. On November 13, the company announced another addition, Jeff Koyen, as a Strategic Advisor to guide the development of a blockchain initiative.
