I'am no Steve Berman but I have been in Executive

I'am no Steve Berman but I have been in Executive Management and the CEO of a corporation, and now retired. Steve has excellent leadership and salesmanship skills and I trust his judgement implicitly. I only hope he is not spreading himself too thin, too fast.

If an MJ opportunity presents itself then I am all for exploring how best to entertain a merge, JV or ownership position. I, however, hope he doesn't lose site of making sure the DD App is properly marketed, positioned and sold in the marketplace. As he has been saying, "we are in a perfect storm..."

I am long with this company, but I believe we need to finalize some items Steve has started. It seems we get to an edge,,,then on to another edge,,,then another,,,and another...but nothing seems to have been completed.

I along with the rest of the investors' with long positions are waiting for an audited financial statement which will verify the revenue stream. I can only hope we finalize San Antonio, Michigan, Colorado domicile, name change and a few of the other items which we have been taken to the edge and are management items to finalize.
