Agreed. Also, it seems Entrust may not release info because of the NDA. Advantage SFOR on that scenario. I think if I were in Entrust's shoes, I would not want the terms disclosed either - plus there were suits back and forth between SFOR and Entrust, which may allow it to be argued that it makes the term sheet irrelevant to any other case. The other cases are different because there was no counter-suit, which we all [speculate] affected the SFOR/Entrust final terms. My guess is we will get a good letter back on this later today from our side, just like the last time.
