North American Cannabis Holdings and Puration Partner on Canadian Dispensary Deal

North American Cannabis Holdings, Inc. (USOTC: USMJ) and Puration, Inc. (USOTC: PURA) today announced combining efforts on USMJ's previously announced negotiations to acquire an established medical marijuana dispensary in Canada. PURA recently announced plans to introduce cannabis infused beverages into the legal $8 billion Canadian marijuana market. USMJ and PURA have added to USMJ's negotiations a proposed exclusive right for all the Canadian dispensary cannabis extractions to come exclusively from PURA utilizing PURA's patented extraction process. The USMJ and PURA combined efforts are focused on taking advantage of Canada's nationwide legalization of recreational marijuana expected in July of 2018.
