SIGNING OF A LIQUIDITY CONTRACT WITH EXANE BNP PARIBAS
SMCP today announces the signing of a liquidity contract with EXANE BNP PARIBAS which takes place in connection with the share repurchase program of the Company. The implementation of such share repurchase program has been approved by the General Assembly of the Company on October 5, 2017.
This liquidity contract shall come into effect on November 28, 2017 to end on December 31, 2018 and shall be renewable by tacit agreement for a one-year period.
The following resources have been allocated to the liquidity account:
- An amount in cash of €2,000,000 (two million euros)
- SMCP shares : none
