the following update, accompanied by confirmation posted by others on other boards indicates sales continue to increase
yet all we hear from the same persons is how NNLX never makes any progress -the july 12 PR was a brave change
of course based on economic realities as explained by the july 12 PR,which will wildly catapult finances if just 1 patent is sold in 1 geographic market for anywhere near the projected prices. Thats a bold move whereby nnlx recognizes they want to move faster than the incremental increase in revenue will allow-just the opposite of the gist of negative posters.
the previous 2 years-prior to Hank- included a flood of worldwide patents by NNLX's former patent attorney Gwen-having accomplished that it may not have been necessary to keep her on board, except for ad hoc assignments
if you cant see the progress being made in the update just posted by will theoak a couple days ago and expounded on by mits and instead just keep harping on failure and doom, the logical conclusion, as spoc would say, is either you are a basher or a former long who has capitulated and gone to the dark side -I've seen that occur a number of times on the boards-and its one of the greatest motives for bashers to keep lying and bashing to see who they can capture to their side, who they can destroy.
When my best friend lost his house and ultimately his life to said bashers games, said bashers said that only encouraged them all the more-is that the side you wan to be on???? The hoped for hostile takeover of NNLX isnt going to occur-NNLX has been too careful for that-so those who capitulate and thus can only see bad news where others see good news should logically move to another stock.
NNLX has apparently tried to partner or something w other entities but the usual course for such small companies is to find the larger company just wants to take over in a one sided deal - so if the CEO etc are not careful the company gets destroyed by the larger company- thats the usual course- to avoid destruction and see their purposes fulfilled they thus have to grow internally or sell patents or employ professional grant writers, which they have done.Such grant writers have a resume showing their past success- thats why they are paid professionals
and yes btw Dr Faro won an award at one of the conferences by his colleagues - a best presentation award and financial award talked about at length on this board-why cant you remember that- since you asked another poster to prove that
biotechs and mining startups are the most difficult- probably 90% fail-due to toxic financing ,impatience ,partnering w the wrong people /moneymen. NNLX has avoided those traps so far-give them credit for that. If you know of any biotech investment capital white knights please tell the company. The company like all startups (unless fronted by an independently wealthy person) suffers financial constraints which prohibit it from acting like one of the big boys.

NanoLogix BioTechnology announces:
1) The completion of N-Assay primary research by researchers in Houston, Texas. The research paper is being finalized for submission to a noted peer-reviewed journal. The research was on three bacteria --- Neisseria Gonorrhea, Group B Streptococcus, and Enterococcus and was focused upon their rapid detection, identification, and the determination of their antibiotic resistance and sensitivity to multiple antibiotics. The results, in a few words, are: very positive, huge, phenomenal, great, unprecedented , to say the least. The N-Assay appears to work rapidly to identify any bacteria for which there exists an antibody.
2) With the delivery today of 100,000+ petri plates, NanoLogix Biotechnology has moved exclusively to using petri plates from Gosselin (A Corning company). The Gosselin products, previously purchased by the Company in 50,000+ plate lots, have enabled the company to increase economy of scale by 20% over other manufacturers' products
3) NanoLogix has reached an agreement with a multi-billion dollar medical technology company to customize the N-Assay diagnostic technology for their requirements. The work is being financed by the client and upon successful completion is projected to result in sales of multiple thousands of N-Assay kits.
4) The largest single-customer, single-day sale in the history of the company has just occurred , for an amount in excess of $30,000.00 The order was for agar-filled petri plates.
