The other scenario would be that you know Bergman personally, have a personal vendetta against him and want to inflict damage to his company,or you are being paid by JNJ to place DECN in a financial bind.
Or they lost money playing DECN stock, perhaps much more money than they could afford, and being entitled elitists, they have to blame someone for their own personal stock buying decisions.
