A article that talked about the former PM Berisha and Kosovo relationship in the past,
No wonder they could not get things going with energy transports, PM Rama has brought Albania and Kosovo much closer working together, and is working with Serbia and surrounding countries, much in the news
There is still appears to be some tensions between Serbia and Kosovo which I do not fully understand. Rama government II seems to bring in representatives from these regions all working together from my limited understanding, could be mistaken, it's hard to follow.
