Meta4kly, don't worry about the Markman hearing. All that we need to know happened earlier this year on March 20, 2017. That day, ROPES & GRAY made it public that they were not just partnering but ALIGNING THEMSELVES with this company whose stock price was at 4/10 of one penny or .004 at the time!! They publicy stated through SFOR that they were committing to multiple litigations AT THE SAME TIME...Entrust, Vasco, Gemalto & SecureAuth.
For me, THAT was the MOST IMPORTANT development of this year. I bought 10's of millions of shares as quick as I could after that announcement because ROPES & GRAY doesn't lose IP cases which means that they don't take them on unless they already know the endgame. I WOULD LIKE TO CHALLENGE ALL OF THE NAYSAYERS TO RESEARCH IF ROPES & GRAY HAS EVER WORKED WITH A COMPANY WHOSE STOCK PRICE WAS BELOW A PENNY BEFORE!!!
