$KNSC will acquire 100% of the target Orlando based parliament holdings inc. The merger will include a share exchange agreement between the two parties which will reduce the overall float considerably while a retirement of Adel nassar (hibachi grill) shares of 3.2B will reduce it even further.

The profitable hibachi noodle grill restaurant franchise in Miami FL will be spun off & divested as a dividend to shareholders imo, hence the move from New Jersey to Wyoming. The grill is expanding, working on opening its 3rd location while a fourth is slated to open early 2018. Management is working quickly and efficiently to increase revenues. Reviews and the food are Stellar. Revenues will be in the multiple millions within the next few YEARS. Actually already 3.5M per the July 31st PR.
