Every one is waiting for some one else to slap the ask first, in volume and moving the price up. Typical of early major rallies that make huge moves. I always preffered buying in when they are asleep for months, slowly nibbling. Been nibbling on MVTG since 2009

Confirming parent company, MVTG moving from Canada back to the USA, and re domiciling the shares in the USA. May be to lower income tax rates
