The nature of the acquisition and the space that Mcafee/TPG are looking to acquire companies in as they have mentioned before that they will be active in such activities. Bodes well for the industry and as Mark Kay has said, a buyout would likely occur (if applicable) by someone we are doing business with. Kay confirmed Mcafee is a client at the SH meeting. Take this as a grain of salt and call it conjecture if you will.
