,that is remaining, and gets the float under 1.5 billion-.25-.29 is possible.
If HJOE/Mgt. takes the float under 1 billion, then the cap would be around .35-50-depending on news released and market exuberance.
(Providing that HJOE has revenues between 7-10 million per year.)
