An 8-k on deals will come as Mark said, on 1 or 2

An 8-k on deals will come as Mark said, on 1 or 2 he said if they are large. The reason for that is because he has to if it materially changes our financial position. That’s when he must do an 8-k perhaps under most circumstances cause with NDA on a settlement I’m not sure if that can trump that rule. But on deals he will issue an 8-k if it is a big one regardless of whether it is vague or not.
