Respectfully, no one is trying to cut anyone out of the loop.
People were making negativity the main focus of this board instead of the stock.
The new board is a good place to have those reasonable, rational discussions about NTEK in a positive, realistic way without having to listen the excessive negativity and letting the bashers perpetuate that negativity as well....pretty simple explanation....
No one on the other board is fighting, trying to provoke fights, making personal attacks on each other, making absurd accusations about fellow board members, coming up with absurd conspiracy theories about the company or demonstrating behavior that makes it questionable if they are actually bashers instead of shareholders.
We talk about NTEK, good and bad with a spin toward the positive.
