Excellent questions. I have answers...
First, lajet isn't responsible for doing due diligence for this entire board. Every investor should be responsible for doing their own due diligence. Every investor should seek out as much information as they can about their investment and not rely on other investors/posters to do due diligence on their investment.
Second, even if lajet wanted to post that information here on this board, he was banned because he had a back and forth with another user on this board. It was impossible for him to post the financials here because he was banned!
Third, lajet is responsible for some of the best due diligence here. If you are losing sleep over your investment, it's my opinion that you are not paying close attention to thorough due diligence that lajet and some others have already posted in the past.
Fourth, it's also not a good idea to participate in a separate forum that mocks some of the best NTEK due diligence posters on this board to try to create some form of distrust and then expect those same users to do your investments due diligence.

PMC, I have been busy with my job since I posted the financials I found on Wednesday and have been bothered by this post that laget knew the financials
were out 2 days before I found them, but posted that information on another forum and not here.
Why would anyone do that when many here are down 10's of thousands of dollars or have their whole retirement account tied up and are begging for any news so they can sleep a little better for a few nights with that good news.
If I didn't find that information while looking for the questionnaire about stock holdings, when was he going to post that on this board?
