In my personal world, Illinois sucks. That's another matter. Anyway, even the places where solar works, and i had along chat with an engineer down in Arizona who was hands on at the biggest solar farm in the US, before it went on line three years ago, without Federall subsidy, no one would build it. Trust the scientists (govt. funded) or trust the guys who are setting them up.
