IMO, until substantial quarterly profit quarter after quarter, this will continue to be a traders momentum play, accumulating between news and dumping on news. This will most likely continue for awhile even after regular profits, until profits become big enough that fundamentals control the stock, instead of momo trading. Just my opinion.
The better the news the higher the pps and traders profit before it crashes again. I suspect traders even sell some at a loss to drive the price down so they can load again.
I am a long - afraid of losing my shares if I try to flip, so I just ride the waves and accumulate more when it seems abnormally low.
While on my soapbox, my estimate says the company should be valued at a pps of .10 for a annual profit of $25 M. What do the rest of you estimate valuation at?
