There is also an assumption of trust on their part since we could tell them any number for our cost basis.
I am just thinking based on all of this that they will give us the same price for everyone and possibly something DF already gave input for since he would have been the one to know about this for a while.
So final question: how many total shares are we talking about for a buyback if that happens? The full O/S?
