Plus, what happens to the shareholders that have not received the survey? How would they receive an offer that is based on their circumstance. It doesn't make sense to me. What I am feeling is they will put all of our info in a spreadsheet and calculate different offers and see what looks the best on paper. Or as someone put it they have already made a decision and they want to see if it matches up with our individual circumstances or to make us feel better or to make them feel better.
Either way, it looks like we might not have to wait too long for an answer. If I was them I wouldn't want to let others climb in for the ride and make it more expensive for me when I have to pay for everyone's shares. Unless I am not understanding this correctly. Is the number of shares already fixed that they have to buy back? For every buy someone else sold so it remains the same number of shares? I guess that makes more sense since they are not adding shares to the O/S.
Lots to think about but regardless I am kind of excited here. I increased my shares from what I had pre-split to now by 33x so I have much more shares then I had before and at a very low average. I will probably be positive by end of next week.
Another thought, why would they ask if we are planning on going to the next SHM? I told them I didn't have any plans on going but if they were going to announce something only at the meeting then I would consider going. Anyone have any idea why they would ask that question? I can't think of a good reason why.
