Not only that, but I highly doubt DF would sell for a 3x multiplier, because it wouldn't leave him with enough money to live comfortably and be worth all the blood, sweat, and tears he put in over the years. And, if I were him, I would want to make enough money from the sale to not only pay off my house, but live very, very comfortably afterward, because he can't depend on a salary from another employer, due to his past record. He needs NTEK to succeed big time.
Let's assume DF has 5% of the O/S (btw, the company has already stated that non of the officers own that many shares). That leaves him with nearly 9 million shares. Let's also assume his wife has 2 million shares. 11 million shares x .21 cents, after taxes is not even $2 million. That's not even enough to pay for his house! So, I think he has his sights set much, much higher.
NTEK has already turned down offers to be acquired for $100 million. So, obviously they think we are worth more than that. And that was when we had less than half the amount of customers we have today and weren't as far along as we are today. So, why would the company be valued at less than $100 million now, especially if it doesn't need to dilute any more shares and has a $21 million backer? So, I believe the company is worth more than $100 million, based on that. But even $100 million would bring the pps to 55 cents/share.
